Wood Window Restoration
Yes! Our specialty and passion is the care and maintenance of traditional wood windows – windows built to last – with materials and craftmanship not found in modern versions. We start with a solid understanding of how the windows were originally constructed and proceed with the needed specialized skills in glazing, millwork, and finishing. Working on site is the most cost efficient. We will install temporary covers and remove window sash for offsite custom millwork.

Whether answering a quick question or looking for an in-depth analysis, we are here for you! We typically start with an initial phone or email conversation to get the gist of your needs. Next step would be an on-site meeting and window-by-window inspection by an expienced preservationist, and a written estimate or analysis report. Denver Landmark Assessment or pending Real Estate Transaction? We offer written and photo-documented reports on an hourly consulting fee basis.
